A Perfect Christmas Gift

In October this year, my boyfriend’s cat Rosie passed away of old age. While I never met Rosie myself, I know he loved her with everything he had. I wanted to get him something meaningful this Christmas, something that would keep Rosie close to his heart, while keeping him warm for the current winter weather. I looked through multiple different company websites searching for a sweater that seemed like it would be of high quality, and didn’t just print a photo of his cat onto a sweater. Pupsentials had some of the best reviews, and the stitching idea seemed far more meaningful that ironing a photo onto a sweater, so I chose to order from here. And… I couldn’t be happier :) The product is beautiful. The sweater material is thick, high quality, clearly warm, and was true to size. The stitch work is perfect, cleanly done without a loose thread in sight. Communication was also lovely, when they finish making the stitching pattern they send you an email, and offer to adjust it for free if you want to make sure the stitching really captures your pet’s essence, which is a nice touch, and helps justify the price. The communication felt personal and sensitive to the subject, making it feel like the company really cares about their customers. You’re not just paying for a sweater, you’re paying for quality and care. I hope my boyfriend loves it when he opens it this Christmas :)

I love my sweatshirt with my pups. I love the embroidered figures. My review would have been 5-stars except that my shirt smelled musty so I had to air it outside and then wash it.
