I LOVE my new wheel!

I had a little difficulty with the screws for the crank; I nearly stripped them trying to screw them in completely. The rest of the assembly went smoothly thanks to Tim's YouTube videos! As for spinning, it is so quiet and smooth, and the magnetic flyer and easy-change bobbins are a game-changer! One of the bobbins was cracked on one end, and customer support reached out to Kromski to send me a new one free-of-charge. Shipping was super fast for the wheel and the replacement bobbin, and everything inside the box was packaged so carefully and neatly. Paradise Fibers is the best!!!

My Kromski Fantasia

I ordered the wheel on line about 3:30 pm, the wheel was delivered about 3:30pm the next day! It took 2 hours to assemble and I was spinning that evening. I have never had such great service from a company.
