The suit arrived extremely wrinkled. It was wadded up and thrown into a shipping bag (not a box). It look like it spent a few weeks at the bottom of a college dorm hamper. I took pictures and sent it to customer service. I offered to to take it to the cleaners if they wanted to chip in but they said I could just send it back. I ordered a second one to replace it. The shipping has been delayed for an extra week so far as the replacement is stuck in another state. I have ordered from Perry Ellis before but there is something going on with their shipping. Not sure what is happening, but they are no longer reliable.
