Didn’t fit, but they made it right

Initially I was really disappointed. The Isla Capri leggings didn’t fit the way I expected — the length ran short and sat right at the knee instead of below it — and when I first reached out, I didn’t hear back. It turned out the contact email listed on the site wasn’t reaching them, so my message never landed (something they’re now fixing). Once it got through, the experience completely turned around. Mary replied quickly, took the feedback seriously, owned the mix-up, and made it right — store credit, no hassle, and genuine care the whole way. The Capris weren’t the right fit for me, but the way the brand stands behind its customers absolutely was. I’d happily order again knowing they handle things like this.

Love my Isla Capris

After wearing the Aspen leggings for six months, I had to try their Isla capris. I wasn’t sure if they would fit similarly, but they do, and I’m very happy. I’m a typical size 4, and the smalls fit perfectly. My only complaint is that I had to wait for my size to become available in black.
