I have tried these in the small and medium. Based on the size chart, I initially went medium, which works as a lighter compression fit. I did hope to use these for running, so I downsized to the small. While the compression around my ribs is greater in the small than the medium, the actual breast support feels nearly identical, and will not support heavy activity. They are unbelievably comfortable though, and I will be wearing them for everything this side of running, with pleasure.

Love this top!

I love this top and plan to get many more. It is not too tight and you could go without a bra and still have a bit of support.
