I have used the Signature brine before and it was great. This kit made everything much easier to prep. The Turkey Time added an extra layer of flavor that did not disappoint.

The brine and spices were great. First time using brine- I didn’t have enough time to let it sit for a couple days but it still came out really tender and juicy.

We Loved our brined turkeys. We also Loved the double smoked ham recipe. The spices for each one is perfect. Thank you for making our Thanksgiving DELICIOUS. We had a large crowd & let them ALL know about Lane’s. Just 1 more thing, you know that the food was Great when this noisy crowd falls silent as they start eating & all you hear is YUM!
