Big delivery delay and unacceptable customer service

Delivery was delayed well beyond the allowed timeframe with the courier. Despite being beyond this timeframe and me informing the company, they delayed and did nothing for a number of weeks. I was forced to go to another shop to buy bin liner refills. As a busy working parent, I would say the small discount that can be gained by using this company is not worth the hassle and uncertainty.

Do the job very well but unfortunately are fragranced. not clear at the time of purchase.

Fragrance is a frill to me, and an unwanted one at that. I don't like the smell and I have concerns about synthetic fragrances and endochrine disruption so I try to avoid them around babies whenever I can. Other than that, the bags fit the bin and work as expected. I will be searching for a fragrance free alternative next time.

Pretty close to the original if not more hard wearing and does the job. Easy to install
