Full of Flavor

I have grown tired of boring store bought cheeses, but no longer! My first order of Capella arrived perfectly packaged, still very cold. My first bite of some real Cheddar was so satisfying that I nearly ate the whole block I had bought. Finally, after years of dried out flavorless parmigiana, our pasta dishes taste so much better with the Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. I am already thinking about what to order next.
