Stainless Steel Home Brew Kettle - Stainless Steel Pot w/ Ball Valve & Thermometer

Love the Kettle

My new 5 gallon Stainless kettle is great. It was easy to assemble the valve and thermometer by following the included instructions. I filled it to the handle rivets and heated it up to boiling. The thermometer read exactly 100 deg C and 212 deg F and never leaked a drop. I'm not sure what was inside the pot when it was manufactured but it was very sticky, but cleaned right out. My only concern is the valve has a lock to keep it closed and open. A person will have to be very careful not to get burned if the valve locks open with scalding hot liquid coming out. Other than that the quality is great! Thank you.

Great kettle. Easy to put together. Brewedmy first beer with it today!
