The product works great and I would highly recommend getting this. Also, the company itself we had an issue and they fixed it immediately did not waste any time and made sure that they were taken care of me.

Can't wash it. The water inside freezes and it won't work after that.

Not bad! But not great either.

Does the whiskey come out colder than how it went in? Yes. Do I think it gets as cold as advertised? Definitely not.
