Broken goods, and unreachable customer service!

This is a really disappointing experience. We contacted them after receiving goods damaged in transit, and have not received contact back OR been able to reach them on the phone, they just ring out. It’s not an issue that the goods were damaged, but to have zero after sales care or method of arranging a return / refund is highly disappointing - a faceless online retailer who are trading very irresponsibly. AVOID!

First and last time using this company

Firstly the hamper arrived different than the one in the picture. Then after a very painful process i managed to ask for a replacement product which still has not arrived. Very disappointed both with the quality of the product as well as how everything was managed. I would definitely not use or recommend this company to anyone. Thank you.

Smashed plate

The product, a picnic basket, seems good quality, but one of the plates arrived smashed and therefore unable to be used for its intended purpose as a gift for Christmas. This was very disappointing. I contacted Greenfield Collection via email requesting a replacement plate, but have still not received a reply over a week later. I will keep trying, but it seems to be very difficult to contact this company.
