Picnic basket arrived with broken glass and plate

My basket arrived with a broken glass and plate which was ashame as I had ordered it for my wife’s birthday .i contacted the company and their response was very good and they sent out a new plate and new glass within 2 days however the glass was the wrong size ,I have now been trying for 4 days to get acknowledgment that they are going to either send the correct glass or 3 more of the other glasses to complete the set ,tbf although the product arrived a bit dusty and I had to clean all plates etc the basket is of decent quality and I hope they will resolve this soon
