Replacement parts-customer service
I had to replace 2 parts on my 3 yr old ebike. I reached out via email to make sure I ordered the correct parts. They were very responsive to my emails and responded very quickly . We had a back-and-forth conversation that helped me get the right parts order. The parts were installed and now the bike is back on the road. I’m very happy with their communication and customer service.
