THE TANKER™ 23 Quart Pressure Canner & Cooker by Denali

I am so excited to have my Denali Canner. I have already dived right in to my canning this season! A lot of my items are in pint jars. This canner allows me to get more done in my day. It heated well on my electric stove. It kept the heat where I wanted it and canned flawlessly.

This was my first time pressure canning meat and it went perfectly. I've done 15 qt of beef so far. And every one sealed no problem. I couldn't believe how simple it was. And we'll be canning more in the near future.

I used my Tanker last week for the first time. It's my new favorite pressure canner. It makes my 5th canner, but will now be used the most. I like that it's quieter than my other canners when it's at pressure, and kept it without a lot of "baby sitting".
