I originally ordered the 14" sleeve and it was too small. I emailed customer service for help in ordering 15.6" sleeve and received an immediate response. They helped me obtain free shipping on the new sleeve and received a return label for the smaller sleeve. Customer service was simply amazing during this whole process.
