Rotation Module

I’ve been an SP Connect customer and ambassador for a long time, with mounts on my two motorcycles, bicycle, and cars. I truly appreciate the product’s quality and excellent design. However, I have to be honest— not being able to switch easily between portrait and landscape mode has always bothered me. When I learned about the rotation model, I was thrilled and placed my order immediately. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. It simply doesn’t work as expected. I tested it with two different setups and mounts, and rotating the phone is extremely difficult. It feels like a design flaw. The only way to rotate it is by loosening the screw, which is not a practical or safe solution. For that reason, I’ve decided to return it.
