Great Product but took 2 weeks to arrive!

The product is great, a little bit of fiddling to get it installed in my helmet but google helped me, but OMG, I am in the UK and although it was sent via UPS priority shipment, it took 2 weeks to arrive. The UPS tracking is absolutely rubbish and not updated and it took a Syphon customer service member to send me a tracking site that although full of click bait and ads, told me where the shipment was. Having said all of this, so far its great and I can actually hear music and the radio and I hope when it rains, I will be able to confirm the outside control is waterproof. It is over half the price than on Amazon, so it was worth the wait.

Good, not great

Volume is really good, they go really loud. Bass is almost non existent though leaving the sound earpearcing. Microphone doesn't work well as all... Only when stopped and no engine noise present. Would benefit from a seperate mic that can be placed in front of the mouth. To be fair, I'm on a cbr650r with akra exhaust and db killer removed, so it's loud even when cruising. Alpinestars r7 helmet. But... A $30 headset from Amazon kills this when comparing the mic (not in sound quality or volume). My partner on the back could talk to me, but she couldn't hear me at all. For $300 I expected more.

Prompt delivery and products delivered as per advertised. The only critic i have is that i would love them to be even louder. Different music tracks 128kps to 320kps for better sound quality and i guess there are limitiations to sound quality overall with a wireless connection compared to a cable connection method. 👌🏽 👍🏼👍🏼
