The Executive D2 Knife

You sent me the wrong product, because the one I wanted was out of stock. That is not how you handle being backordered on a product. Refund me and cancel my order or let me know when the correct product will be available. I emailed customer service and they just reiterated that you did what you did. They did not address what I said at all. I have ordered thousands of dollars from your store, so I am sorely disappointed at how this was handled.

Great knife and handle but for the price the clip is terrible and bends outwards and doesn’t bend back easily or at all
