Filler washer

I get what that filler washer is needed for and why there is a down side labled. I had no luck keeping in place during install. Instructions show tapping it in with the drive bit. This works for one but as soon as you tap in the other the first pops out. I made sure it was in place but gave up trying to keep the down side down. I trimmed the end cap to fit around the ones that wern't perfectly down. Post install is the same as the regular posts. Like the installation of the "shim" piece. So easy to level this. Post then attaches over the shim quickly and is very strong. Securing the top rail to the angle posts (2 holes) is easyer then to the regular posts (4 holes)
