Breathtaking!
So much breathtaking illustration across several genres. Compelling recollections from the artists themselves add to the history and context of these exemplary pictures. I remember when the box art would grab you from a magazine ad or from the shelf of the local computer store! This is a gorgeous collection up to the usual high standards of Bitmap Books. Love it!

Wonderful book
I remember many of the covers and illustrations from my teenage years from either the boxes themselves or gaming magazines. I didn't know anything about the authors back then. It is even more interesting to now learn about the artists behind the illustrations, their journeys, the tools they used and appreciate the art even more. I appreciate the size (this book is tall!) and paper quality so the illustration get the space and attention they deserve. This book will hold a significant place in my collection.
