5mm solid Cuban

I recently purchased my second Cuban chain from Lirys and couldn’t be happier with the quality. The color and craftsmanship are beautiful. I noticed the box clasp wasn’t loose, but since I’m very active, I wanted to make sure it was as secure as possible, especially switching from a lobster claw clasp to a box clasp. Melanie was amazing—she inspected it, reassured me it was fine, and even had the jeweler take a look since he was in that day. They weighed the chain, made a small adjustment to tighten the clasp even more, and now it feels like it will never come off. On top of that, Melanie even took the time to clean my chain while I waited. The level of customer service here is outstanding. They go above and beyond, answer every question, and really make you feel valued as a client. Highly recommend Lirys!
