Miami Cuban Link Bracelet - 14mm

Was anxious to receive bracelet , it came in 1.7 grams over weight , I paid 135 dollars , no problem ..opened box uncovered this beautiful piece then I locked it , it would not unlock I tried for about a hour , next day I contacted Liry jewelry they made it seem like I was unfamiliar with having jewelry and told me I was not opening it correctly , I decided to take it to a jeweler since I’m in nyc and they are in Miami and did not want to have days go by without my new piece the jeweler charged me 135 as the piece needed to be sanded down near the locking mechanism I informed liry they said they are not gonna cover the jewelers expense but they would be more than glad to repair if I sent it back to Miami,I really wish they would of covered the jewelers expense since they made the mistake of not checking the piece thoroughly to see if it locked and unlocked, in my opinion overall liry jewelry does have the most gold weight heavy pieces for the amount of money compared to other sites
