I honestly find change so hard to adapt to especially when it comes to my period. I had been using tampons for years then started seeing changes in my cycle as I got to my mid-late 20s. I wanted to go toxic free and waste free, this disc has allowed me to visualise my flow and monitor changes. It also made so easy to change with all the information available on the website regarding inserting and cleaning the product!!! I would recommend the change to all of my girl friends

Way better than a cup!

I’ve been using a menstrual cup for a few years now and my Hey Zomi disc is so much more comfortable! The cleaning tabs and collapsible cup are so handy too!
