Great disc!

I’ve used a cup for quite a while and this is such a better upgrade! I would always find the cup would slowly slide down and it would be hard to wee without taking it out. Barely feel the disc, I’m on my 3rd cycle now and really getting the hang of it! Learning how to empty it while still partially inserted has been the trickiest but only on my one heavy day. I just empty it in the shower at night, I love it! Love this upgrade, definitely recommend!

Game Changer

I have used many different menstrual cups over the years, but Zomi's menstrual disc is truly the most comfortable product I've used. I love how you dont need to take it completely out to empty too - so convenient when out and about.
