Good concept, terrible execution

Everything about this is wrong. They say to size down two sizes, but that means the width of the buckle on the shirt is too small for the straps...it barely fits. The images indicate this is a "long" shirt, but this only barely covers my belly button. How is anyone tying this like in the picture? Very frustrating, and to top it off this thing isn't returnable (which they don't tell you if you don't dive into their return policy). I'm done with this brand.
