Supportive but flexible
I like that there’s an option with no padding. I believe this one is considered low impact, but I’m a DD and am able to comfortably ride my horse wearing this. I recommend!

Do yourself a favor and size up if you have large breasts.
I've worn it twice to the gym and washed it once. I think it shrunk just a bit after washing, but it's still wearable. It definitely supports throughout the workout, but it's more snug on the rib band and cups than I'd like. I'm a 67 year old with large breasts and tend to hold fat under my arms and upper torso. All of that spills out, just like every other bra I've tried. I should have gone at least one size larger than the sizing recommendation. However, since it does support and I'm trying to get into tank top shape, I'm keeping it to see how it goes

Size chart not accurate
I measured myself with seamstress tape as a 29 ribcage / 37 across the breasts and it said I should be a Medium or Luxe so I ordered Medium. Tried it on and let’s just say there was more boob outside the bra than was inside the bra. So I exchanged it for the Luxe. No problem. I understand these things happen. Got the Luxe a couple weeks later. A little better, but still way too much overflow to wear even the loosest of t-shirts. Submitted a return/exchange for the Luxe1, and had to pay almost $9 to ship it back. Kinda ridiculous that I used measuring tape and still had trouble with sizing based upon their directions and size chart. Got the Luxe1 and still overflow but it’s the tightest it could be around the ribcage that next size up is not practical. So I guess this will do. For reference I am bra size 30H natural breasts. Was hoping this would live up to the hype but not so much for me.
