Pro Shower Filter Replacement

Let's be real, since nobody else will say it. I WILL. This product is good in theory. However, it falls short later on. I thought I was going crazy when I noticed that I installed the filter 7/25/26 and on August 24th. The water pressure SIGNIFICANTLY decreased. Like when you first install it, you stand towards the back of the shower. Now you have to stand all the way underneath the shower head to attempt to saturate your body with water. I was initially tols that it was because I live in an area where there are a lot of pollutants in the water? How is that when i'm not having this same issue with the faucet filter??? So, I reached out to customer service 8/27 and they responded back 2 days later but since then, NO MORE COMMUNICATION. I have since cancelled my subscription with this company. I DO NOT APPRECIATE LACK OF TRANSPARENCY AND COMMUNICATION for the price i'm paying.
