The Science of Home Espresso: A Masterclass

This is a great class. Small group format allows for an almost 1:1 experience. You come away with a great understanding of the dialing in process for an espresso machine. I feel that Im a better home barista after the class. My recommendation will be to bring some sparkling water to clear your pallet. You will try a lot of coffee and if you don't reset your taste buds flavors are harder to detect. Another thing that a class didn't offer is a hand out to follow along. Something simple will make the information easier to track. This will also help to bring all the good information of the class back home easier. I'll recommend this class to anyone!
