Philodendron Tortum

My plant arrived with several broken leaves. She was in very poor shape but hopefully it’ll turn around. Disappointed in my purchase

This little guy is on the struggle bus. I’m really unsure if it’s going to make it. It’s lost a leaf, it’s been very limp and floppy since it arrived. I know it’s a baby and it’s leaves are slightly weird and I haven’t tried to up pot it but it looks very questionable.
