Unfortunate Experience with Ryan's Woodworking

It may have been miscommunication, but the boards we ordered were not usable for the purpose we intended. Some wording was omitted, our logo was too large, and some engraving was so small it was illegible. No response to a VM that we left, and very delayed response to text and email messaging. We had been told the order would be delivered in time for our event, but it arrived 4 days too late, after we paid Express shipping. We had to purchase other gifts for our event which incurred additional expense. The wood is very nice but the personalization left a lot to be desired.

Beautiful boards and packaged well for shipping . Ryan was very helpful and answered all questions I had.
