First time Wagyu burgers
Got a gift certificate and got the burgers and a few other things. These burgers were great!! The flavor was awesome and they cook quick. Step back when you flip them because the flames jump!

Their customer service won’t even answer me
Terrible I spent $250 on burger Pattie’s and summer sausage and they sent me 2 packs of bacon instead. I’ve reached out multiple times and been ignored. I will now have to proceed with a chargeback. It’s a shame the meat is really good.

Perfect!
These Wagyu burger patties are wonderful! Perfect fat to meat ratio, making sure they are amazingly juicy with every bite! They also have a wonderful beefy flavor. I will definitely be getting more of these to keep in the freezer.
