The ring is beautiful and while it took longer to receive than I would have liked, now that I have the ring, I am completely happy. The original order was placed back in May and received mid-June, after about 7 weeks. I did have to initiate contact with the business to request an update on the shipping date, as the date provided at the time of my order, passed, and I hadn't received an update or any additional information from the company. Once the initial order arrived, I was saddened that the ring was too large and I had to return the order for an exchange. The exchange process added an additional 7 weeks to create the ring and again, the date provided for shipping the exchanged order, passed and I had to initiate contact with the company and request an update for when I could expect to receive the order. After that contact, the order was shipped out the next day and I have had the ring for about two weeks now and I love it. It has been a while since I have worn such a ring which is as eye-catching as this one, as I stopped wearing my wedding band a few years ago when I developed an allergy to yellow gold, so I am still getting used to the feeling of having a ring on my finger again. All in all, I love the ring, I just wish that the processing time to create each piece was not so long.
