Beautiful colour and craftsmanship! I also have the black knot bag, which has been my daily carry since I got it, and initially after getting another colour I ran into some issues with the product, so the team at RISA was so incredibly kind and gracious when fixing the issue. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I know it was a long process but thank you so much ladies for all of your help!
