Great Quality and Style but ...

The Aria is a beautifully stylish and well-made handbag and I love everything about it with the exception of the texture of the leather. As another reviewer noted, the leather is not very soft at all and this was very surprising and honestly, a little disappointing. At the very least, I would have expected the leather to be as soft as the Risa Knot Shoulder bag. I have this in Aggie Maroon and it's much softer than the Aria bag. I would have given 5 stars if the texture of the leather was of the quality of the Knot Shoulder bag.

Very happy with my purchase

Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase. The bag seems to be of good quality though the leather is a little less soft that I had anticipated but, this could be partly because it is upcycled and sustainability was a purchasing factor for me. I picked the Aria in tan because the bag feels trendy yet also timeless. The strap length is perfect for over the shoulder or to carry by hand. I do think that RISA should consider adding a convertible/removable cross-body strap instead of selling a separate cross-body version. The bag is big enough for essentials e.g. I fit my small wallet, phone, sunglasses, keys, small makeup pouch, mints and hand sanitizer quite easily. It's a small nit-pick but i do wish it came with a dust bag. I would absolutely consider purchasing another bag from RISA.
