Lab Grown Green Emerald Baguette Tennis Bracelet

I wore it a few times and the clasp broke and it fell off on the street. A person came running over to me with the bracelet. I sent it in to be replaced but this is the second emerald bracelet that this happened with. The first one was lost after it broke off. So i am concerned about my other ones i have in ruby and saphire. They need better katches and maybe two safetu latches.
