I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend who is new to yoga and is a carpenter/ Builder. He LOVES the Cork mat and blocks.

Ultimate Cork is a game changer!

Fairly new to a regular yoga practice, I was just using a cheap, old foam yoga mat. This upgraded set is fabulous! It has plenty of cushion, lays flat, has good grip and I love the reference markers to ensure I'm evenly spaced. The blocks are a huge benfit aiding with balance on those half-splits and providing a place to rest my head on forward folds. I look forward to using my cork set every day!
