I have been practicing yoga for over a decade and have never used such a sturdy and comfortable mat. Well worth the money and the shipping was super fast.

Great first yoga mat

First yoga mat and so far very impressed. Was previously using just a tile gym mat which was slippery. I don’t slip with this mat. Like that its eco friendly and made of cork. Little disappointed that it was wrapped unnecessarily in plastic and coated label.
