Gem Industries 11" Finishing Pads

They’re great products, but I thought I ordered the ones 1 inch thick

We are a small, independent cabinet making company. We found our finishing pads online through Hamilton Lee. I chose this company as they offered smaller packaging quantities (5 pads) which fit our needs and budget best. Initially, I was having problems ordering; therefore, I sent an email. I personally received an immediate reply from the owner. There were internet problems. He resolved them and everything was good to go.
