Bright Stuff Illuminating Under Eye Concealer

Good concealer However i dont think illuminating effect is as good as some othed brands And def use finger tips rather than concealer brush for better coverage

really fustrated out of stock for months. Please stop putting on wait list if not going to carry. Product is great just cant get it.

The product looks good on and goes well with balance n brighten foundation.
