Ordered a kit and extra refills. The refills were all dented and leaking. The dispenser bottom was cracked. They said they would replace the kit on 05/19/26, the shipping label was printed. I have yet to see it arrive, it's now 06/10/26.

I’ve tried canceling my subscription multiple times, but the page keeps stalling into an endless loop and doesn’t allow me to cancel. Please avoid signing up for a subscription with this company.
