Nice pattern

Pattern #0118 is a well-designed pattern. However, I do have a few remarks. It is not clear from the first pattern sheet that pattern piece #2 should not be cut from fabric but is only intended as a reference. Furthermore, the collar is a bit of a puzzle. If, like me, you want to make a detachable collar, it is not clear which pattern pieces you need. If you go by the pattern sheet, '#8 detachable collar #1' seems to belong to the collar stand with the same number (#8). But if you do that, you end up with a collar stand that is too long. In reality, pattern piece '#7 Attached stand-up collar' belongs with it. However, this pattern piece is actually missing a buttonhole in the back of the collar. Unfortunately, none of this is explained in the instructions either. And the extra instructions on the website don't help you figure it out.

Love the pattern, wish sizing was more inclusive

I've been using black snail patterns for years, and I have yet to be disappointed. I always learn a lot, but it is easy enough for a determined person. However, I am a size smaller than all of the men's patterns, and I wish it went down to 32 chest size. However, I know that would be a lot of work, and I might be the only person who wants that lol. This will keep being my #1 pattern store either way.

This pattern worked well, although the second time I used it, it was easier to follow. I would not recommend it to a beginner though - some experience of following patterns and construction methods is necessary.
