Loving it so far

I'm currently on my first mockup but I truly enjoy the pattern--it comes together well. That said, I have made modifications to it from the start as the man I'm making it for has quite different proportions (chest 2 sizes larger than waist--gym bro!). I would suggest that anyone picking this up for the first time be ready to make alterations, as the fit of a waistcoat is quite important. It's absolutely worth it though!

Ich habe jetzt schon neun Schnittmuster von BlackSnailsPattern bestellt. Davon habe ich sechs bereits genäht. Ich konnte mit den Anleitungen sehr gut arbeiten - ich bin zwar gelernte Theaterschneiderin, aber mir waren gewisse Dinge selber neu. Der Blog hat mir ebenfalls geholfen, alles zu verstehen. Die Schnittmuster selber sind auch gut verständlich. Die Designs sind wunderschön und sehr zeitgerecht. Ich werde ganz bestimmt wieder bei BlackSnailsPattern kaufen und freue mich, zu sehen, was als Nächstes kommt!
