I do overall love this pillow. A cover improvement would be great. I understand the complexity of this but, the material is not very comfy. This is for both the regular and the “silk”. Silk is scratchy and the regular has seams around the ear holes that need to be moved away from the side of the face. Thanks for asking!

Material is awful. It’s gotten caught on my earrings and pulls them. Customer service has not replied to my emails trying to do a return

Very uncomfortable pressure in the ears, and the edge of the ear hole is extremely uncomfortable - good enough regular pillow but not great for piercings.
