Chocolate Forest Fantasy Cake

Gorgeous and very yummy!

Great experience from start to finish. I ordered two weeks prior to the delivery date, the cake arrived promptly the morning of the selected delivery date. Clear communication of tracking throughout. The cake was well packaged and secure. The cake was intact and looked just like the delivery photo. We followed the defrost instructed and the following day at the party the cake was a big hit, everyone enjoyed it - it was very fresh tasting and yummy!

Nice cake, shame it was dropped on its way to us

I was really excited to surprise my husband with this cake for our 5th Wedding Anniversary (Wood) but all that excitement quickly turned to sadness when he opened the box to find a brown blob which should have been this beautiful cake. It was one of the hottest days of the year and the cake had obviously defrosted before it got to us, not helped by being dropped by the delivery company. After a lengthy chat with the ai bot I finally got to speak with a customer service human who resolved the issue swiftly. I'm very jealous of everyone else's pictures of their woodland cake for their special day. We had to eat our cake with a spoon as it wouldn't slice even after being in the fridge for hours!

Can’t recommend enough

The cake was soft, decadent, looked great and tasted amazing. Ordered this to be delivered on Friday for a Sunday morning by party. I was worried as the delivery person got the box tilted as he didn’t know it was a cake and dry ice had almost melted so I was little worried. But the packaging was great so had no issues. Stored it on fridge at low temperature just to be safe. Will order from here again
