Mango & Passionfruit Cake

After ordering the cake weeks in advance, I was worried it wouldnt arrived on the exact date I had expressed. But the day before intended delivery, I received notification my cake was being baked. And the next day, it was delivered. Perfectly timed. It arrived in excellent condition and beautifully fresh. It was delicious - light and full of fruity flavour. Really impressed with the quality and service.

Full of flavour and thoroughly enjoyed by us all. Not too sweet with plenty of fruity filling. I love PV cakes so will always order again - but I rececommend you buy freezer packs for keeping cool when arrive. The cakes arrive well packaged and boxed but the dry ice packs will be melted by the time your parcel arrives - so unless eating same day or you have space in a fridge then the packaging alone wont keep it cool.
