This such a great product. One of the great things about this rub and Holy Smokers rubs in general is its versatility. The picture is a tri tip smoked brisket style, using this rub. This goes well with any protein with you lightly cover some poultry or fish or really put a coat on for red meat, it's great. And course you could add to the green beans you're cooking on school night or corn or anything else. Again, a great product. And if you're unsure, get one of the free samples and give it try.
