The customer service is garbage. They promise the GF items will arrive in good quality condition but they do not and the company doesn’t care. They don’t honor poor shipping time and we’re unwilling to replace items that spent and extra day in transit. Shame on them for $80 wafels to not honor their product condition. They just kept repeating we didn’t charge you for expedited shipping. I told them no problem, but the item should still have arrived when the email told me it would. Baked goods in the sun of FL is no good. They are the worst and I would never go with them again. Now I have to use my insurance from the credit card company to get my money back. Never again!
