Package never arrived

My package never arrived. I contacted the post office which is refusing to give me the $100 of insurance on the package & the seller who just shrugged and said they won’t do anything. Won’t be ordering from here again. Enjoy my $100 donation.

Fourth wing violet and Andarna candles

I ordered the fourth wing set which was supposed to come with a violet and an Andarna candle. Mine arrived with 2 violet candles and no Andarna. I contacted a court of candles and they responded very quickly and told me that they would send me a replacement Andarna sticker to put on one of the duplicate candles (turns out it was the sticker that was wrong, not the candle). Was I thrilled that I would have to sit there and try to get the current sticker off the wrong candle? No. But, that was their solution. It took a while for them to ship me the replacement sticker, and required several follow up emails from me. (Almost 2 weeks since I first got the candles just for a sticker). And as predicted, it was a disaster to try to remove the wrong sticker from the current candle. I only got half of it off, but gave up (if you’ve ever tried to remove a sticker from a surface, you’ll understand why). After 20 minutes of playing with it, I figured I’d just stick the Andarna sticker on top of what was left of the old one. But unless you line it up perfectly, which again, not easy… you end up with some of the old sticker peeking out of the bottom or side, which is what happened. This isn’t a commentary on the candles themselves. I like them, as evidenced by the fact that I’ve easily bought 25+ from this store. And I totally get that this is a small business, but still, this may be my last. I should have gotten the candle I ordered, and when I didn’t, I shouldn’t have had to work to tediously fix the sticker on what I was sent. Or send multiple emails over a 2 week period for a replacement sticker.
