Disappointing customer service—do not recommendI ordered the Spa Theme park Homesick candle that arrived completely shattered. I immediately sent customer service photos of the damaged item. They waited several days to respond, only to tell me they refuse to issue a refund or send a replacement unless I provide a photo of the bottom label. Because it was a safety hazard, I had already thrown the broken glass away. They refuse to honor their damaged goods policy. Save your money and buy from a company that actually helps its customers.

Smells so good and it lasts a long time I had it burned for eight hours and it barely made a dent. Love it.
