The canister is a little hard to fill. You need a small funnel and the cap on the chain crossthreads which is a little annoying. That is the reason I had to replace mine.

Excellent Customer Service!
Desert Steel's customer service is awesome! I emailed with a few questions, and to my surprise, a customer service rep emailed me back very quickly. Placing my order was very easy at the website, I received the replacement torches for my saguaro cactus very quickly. I am very pleased with my Desert Steel items, and customer service is outstanding!
